  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Burger Patties: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. Set aside.
  • Make the Cheesecake Spread: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
  • Cook the Patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred doneness.
  • Toast the Buns: In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Toast the brioche buns until they are golden brown.
  • Assemble the Burgers: Spread a generous amount of the cheesecake mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger patty on top, followed by a slice of crispy bacon. Add a spoonful of blueberry jam and a few fresh blueberries. Cover with the top half of the bun.
