These Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Bites combine the savory flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the comfort of meatloaf. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family dinner, they’re packed with bacon, cheese, and ground beef in a bite-sized form.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, and chopped onion. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the Meatloaf Bites: Spoon the meatloaf mixture into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Press down gently to compact the mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and tops are slightly browned.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a splash of BBQ sauce to the meat mixture.
- These bites can be frozen after baking and reheated when ready to serve.
