  • For the Wraps:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
    • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup diced onions
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tbsp mustard
    • 4 large tortillas
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional Toppings:
    • Pickles
    • Lettuce
    • Extra cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces.
  • Cook the Ground Beef: Using the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add diced onions and tomatoes to the beef, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta, ketchup, mustard, and crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Place a generous portion of the bacon cheeseburger pasta mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, then fold and roll the tortillas tightly.
  • Grill the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
