Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Pizza Crust:
    • 1 lb pizza dough
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Toppings:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tbsp mustard
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
  • Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess fat.
  • Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Assemble Pizza: Spread the sauce over the pizza dough. Layer with half the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by the ground beef, bacon, and onions. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake Pizza: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Garnish: Remove from the oven and top with sliced dill pickles. Drizzle with additional ketchup and mustard if desired.

Notes

  • Variations: You can add toppings like jalapeños for spice or avocado slices for a creamy texture. Lettuce and tomatoes can be added after baking for a fresh crunch.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
