  • 1 lb ground beef (for burger patties)
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked crispy
  • 2 cups prepared mac ‘n’ cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Optional: ketchup, mustard, or your favorite burger sauce

Instructions

  • Cook Bacon: Fry the bacon strips in a skillet until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.
  • Make Burger Patties: Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form 4 burger patties.
  • Cook Burgers: Heat oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
  • Warm Tortillas: Lightly butter each tortilla and warm them in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
  • Assemble Wraps: Place a burger patty in the center of each tortilla. Top with mac ‘n’ cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon strips.
  • Wrap and Toast: Fold the tortilla sides inward, then roll to form a wrap. Toast the wrap in the same skillet for 2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve: Optionally add ketchup, mustard, or sauce before wrapping.
