  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: ketchup, mustard, or mayo for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Prepare Macaroni and Cheese: Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth, then mix with cooked macaroni.
  • Cook the Ground Beef: In another skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble Wraps: Lay out each tortilla and add a generous spoonful of macaroni and cheese. Top with ground beef, crispy bacon, and diced pickles. Add optional condiments if desired.
  • Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately, or grill in a hot skillet for a crispy finish.
