  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, milk, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
