Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:

- In another bowl, mix warm milk, mashed bananas, egg, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- After the dough has risen, roll it out into a 16×12-inch rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
