- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Layer the Dip: In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the refried beans as the first layer. Top with the cooked meat, followed by a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the top.
- Add Veggies: Scatter the diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and black olives over the cheese.
- Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve warm with tortilla chips or your choice of sides.
Notes
- Vegetarian Option: Substitute ground meat with a plant-based meat alternative or additional beans and veggies.
- Spice Adjustment: Customize the level of spiciness by adjusting the amount of jalapeño peppers or adding hot sauce.
