Description

Warm, crusty bread bowls filled with creamy, spicy Buffalo chicken dip, topped with bubbling cheddar cheese. Perfect for sharing at gatherings or indulging solo!

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 bread bowls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. Hollow the Bread Bowls: Cut the tops off the bread bowls and remove the insides, leaving a thick crust to hold the dip. Set aside the removed bread for dipping.
  3. Fill the Bowls: Spoon the dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowls.
  4. Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden.
  5. Serve: Slice the reserved bread into chunks for dipping and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
