  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, 1 cup mozzarella, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture, then place them in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the shells.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
