  • ½ lb cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: Combine chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, and bacon in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stuff the jalapeños: Fill each jalapeño half with the shrimp mixture, ensuring they are evenly packed. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
