- 2 tbsp butter
For the Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce:
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak:
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove steaks and rest. - Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add bourbon, deglaze, and reduce. Stir in beef broth, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and cream. Simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and melt. - Serve:
Plate the steaks and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
