  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  • Cook the Burger Patties: Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into four patties and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set aside.
  • Layer the Lasagna: Place cooked lasagna noodles on a tray. Spread the ricotta mixture on each noodle, followed by marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and a slice of bacon. Fold the noodles to match the size of the burger patties.
  • Assemble the Burger: Place each folded lasagna portion on top of a beef patty. Top with the second half of the bun.
