Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Lettuce, pickles for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the cheesecake spread: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Cook the bacon: Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain excess grease on paper towels.
  • Grill the burgers: Form ground beef into four patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preference.
  • Melt the peanut butter: In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Stir occasionally.
  • Toast the buns: Lightly toast burger buns in a skillet or toaster.
  • Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add the burger patty, then top with bacon slices. Drizzle with melted peanut butter, and spoon the cheesecake spread on top.
  • Serve: Garnish with lettuce and pickles if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter burger option.
  • Add a slice of cheese to the burger for extra richness.
  • Serve with fries or onion rings for the ultimate meal.
