Description

A fun and delicious snack that combines the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with the cheesy goodness of pizza rolls. Perfect for game days, parties, or a quick snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pizza dough roll
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  • Combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, diced onion, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a mixing bowl.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough and top with shredded cheese.
  • Roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch!
