- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pizza dough roll
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, diced onion, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough and top with shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch!
