It’s a perfect meal for any occasion, offering layers of flavor and texture that satisfy in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
  • Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise in the center. Add a spoonful of cooked ground beef, a generous scoop of mac and cheese, and a slice of bacon. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top with pickles and lettuce.
  • Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom, tucking in all the ingredients as you go.
  • Heat and Serve: Place the wraps back in the skillet seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Customization: Feel free to add extra toppings like jalapeños, onions, or tomatoes for additional flavor.
  • Make Ahead: You can prepare the individual components ahead of time, but it’s best to assemble and toast the wraps just before serving.
