Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onions

Instructions

  • Cook Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then set aside.
  • Cook Bacon: Fry the bacon until crispy. Let cool and crumble into small pieces.
  • Prepare Wraps: Lay out tortillas and add a portion of cooked macaroni and cheese in the center. Top with seasoned ground beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  • Crisp the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve: Slice and serve with optional toppings like pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes.

Notes

  • Make Ahead Tip: You can prepare the beef and bacon in advance and store them in the fridge for easy assembly later.
  • Customize: Add your favorite toppings like jalapeños or use a different type of cheese for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat wraps in a skillet to maintain their crispiness.
