Description

This Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger Meatloaf combines the savory flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the hearty satisfaction of a meatloaf. With crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and a creamy ranch twist, this dish is perfect for any comfort food lover.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional ketchup and mustard for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, mayonnaise, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the crumbled bacon, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  • Spread additional ketchup and mustard on top if desired.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
