- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Press the mixture evenly into the loaf pan.
- Brush the top with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
