Mac ‘n’ Cheese:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon Layer:
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Wrap:
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and add milk. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon some mac ‘n’ cheese in the center, sprinkle with crumbled bacon, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Roll the tortilla tightly. Brush the outside with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Toast the wrap in a hot skillet, cooking each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
