Description

The Double Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Wrap is the ultimate comfort food creation. Creamy mac ‘n’ cheese, crispy bacon, and a hint of garlic are wrapped in a warm tortilla, then toasted to perfection. It’s quick, indulgent, and the ideal blend of flavors for lunch or dinner.

Mac ‘n’ Cheese:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Bacon Layer:

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Wrap:

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, melt butter and add milk. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon some mac ‘n’ cheese in the center, sprinkle with crumbled bacon, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly. Brush the outside with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Toast the wrap in a hot skillet, cooking each side until golden and crispy.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought mac ‘n’ cheese for convenience.
  • Add grilled chicken or jalapeños for a twist.
