Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, jalapeños, or burger sauce for topping

Instructions

  • Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
  • While the fries are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully crumbled, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Prepare the cheese topping: Once the fries are done, transfer them to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the fries. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Assemble the dish: Top the fries with the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, pickles, and onions.
  • Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Drizzle the sauce over the fries.
  • Serve immediately while hot, adding optional toppings like lettuce or jalapeños.

Notes

  • You can substitute turkey or plant-based meat for the beef to suit dietary preferences.
  • Add jalapeños for extra heat or avocado for a creamy texture.
