Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pulled pork (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles, coleslaw, or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pulled Pork: Heat the pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat. Mix in the BBQ sauce until evenly coated. Set aside.
  • Cook the Macaroni: Boil the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous portion of mac ‘n’ cheese in the center. Top with pulled pork and diced onions. Add any additional toppings, such as pickles or coleslaw.
  • Wrap and Grill: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Grill the wrap in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
